ParcelPoint.mu is a door-to-door delivery and pick-up point service in Mauritius, catering to online sellers, businesses, and individuals for fast and secure parcel deliveries.
We deliver non-food items, including products from online sellers, retail shops, distributors, and individuals. Food, perishable goods, and illegal items are not accepted.
We provide express delivery with a maximum timeframe of 48 hours. If the recipient is initially unreachable, a second delivery attempt will be made within this period.
Currently, we do not offer live tracking, but you will receive updates once your parcel is out for delivery or available for pick-up.
ParcelPoint.mu is not responsible for any damages, as we do not inspect or alter parcel contents. Please check with your sender for packaging concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse any parcel containing illegal or prohibited items.
At the moment, we do not offer COD services. Payments for parcels should be arranged between the sender and receiver.
We charge Rs 125 per parcel for express delivery.
